The lip area is a very sensitive area however we do apply a topical numbing cream prior to the treatment. We also use fillers that contain lidocaine so as the treatment continues the area will become more numb. We do aim to keep you as comfortable as possible during your treatment.
If you have a fear with needles and will need extra time during your appointment please let us know when booking so we can accommodate this.
Is there anything I can do before and after my treatment?
Please avoid Alcohol, Caffeine and nicotine in the 24hrs before and after your dermal filler treatment, this is because they thin the blood and can increase the chances of bruising and bleeding more than average during your appointment.
